It's good for constipation. But there are downsides to it. It triggered a worst acidity in me while started using this product. I couldn't get the reason why acidity and GERD started to me out of the blue. Gradually i understood it is this formulation. Once I stopped I returned to normal and there was no more heartburn, Globus sensation not burning of anus after pooping. Additionally it causes extreme urgency to let go of the bowel movement.
