Out of the box I was very pleased with the design of this. For starters, the cover seems to be great quality. I can’t yet speak to how water resistant it is but will update as it gets exposure.The design of the awning is excellent. It has two legs which fold in and make the process of dismantling very easy for one person. There are also two support bars for the sides that fold in, making this product very compact.I intended to mount it to my bed rack but it was too low so I went for my roof rack. The install process was very easy. I ended up using the longer bolts and the cross bar that it came with. The instructions are pretty bad but it’s fairly straightforward if you have a rack to work with. I will end up adding some additional bolts so it’s very secure but for now I’m confident in it. My initial worry was the assembly process with just one person but it’s perfectly manageable and even rolling it back up was very easy.The quality of the awning material is great and seems it may be a great help for camping. I love that the height of the legs is adjustable and the coverage area is excellent for one person. I am going to Joshua Tree this weekend where there isn’t much shade so I will really be able to tell how well it works.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product for the price! It’s easy to install and easy to set up. The canvas is good quality and waterproof. We installed this on our camper and it’s a bit higher than on a car so we made a modification to take the stress off the horizontal arms. I attached a video in case you want to do the same. I would definitely buy this awning again.

The awning is nice, easy to set up and put away (w/ 2 people), and seems well-made. A issue I had is that mine came with none of the mountain hardware, tools, tent rope/stakes it should have. The vertical legs don’t lock into place, so I assume they’re missing plastic gaskets. I suspect this was a previously purchased and returned awning. Customer service reached out and mailed me the missing parts.

This awning is very well built .The shade fabric itself, is thick and does a great job of providing shade and protection from the rain and snow, the poles strong and withstood 20 miles hour winds out in the desert.Both of the folding brackets that hold the side poles are made of metal,unlike other rooftop awnings that make this from plastic and end up breaking with heavy winds.This thing is solid affordable and not heavy at all.I would definitely recommend it.

Installation was quick and simple even by myself, setup is a little more difficult some but very doable! Coverage is awesome and I’m ready to put it use as much as possible! Every little oddball Delica needs this addition 😂

Happy with this product so far. It was a really great price especially compared to many name brands out there. The awning was easy to set up, and I didn’t really even need the instructions.Hope it lasts at least a few years of use. I’m not sure how well it’ll handle some wind or rain, but I usually pack up things like this if the weather isn’t great.I loved the mounting brackets. They worked well with my roof rack.

I found that the awning is well made, but the instructions for assembling it leave a lot to be desired. The printed instruction pamphlet is too small to read. The video of how to assemble it is good, but difficult to find. I am using this on my teardrop trailer. It is the size that I was looking for.
