Bought this for my husband. He is a FIELD technician and his face gets a lot of seasonal weather. He is 57 years old and now that he has tried this after he's seen it on TikTok he absolutely loves this product. He actually has the whole set up. Highly recommend.

Pump is useless
Pump will not release. Cannot use unless he unscrews the entire pump mechanism and tube attached to get to the cleanser. Such a mess and waste.
