I installed this in my 2012 Toyota Prius in under an hour. The lengths and outer diameter of the provided cables made it easy to conceal everything neatly behind the interior trim. The final install looks clean and professional—like it came from the factory. After using it for a couple of days, I realized I wanted to hardwire the unit for a cleaner setup and to take advantage of parking mode. I reached out to GKU's support team via their listed email address, and they responded quickly and helpfully, offering a couple of hardwire kit options and guidance on how to proceed. That level of responsiveness gave me even more confidence in my purchase. Both front and rear cameras deliver crystal-clear video - far better than I expected at this price point. Setup was quick, and the user interface is intuitive. The loop recording and G-sensor features work seamlessly, and I love that it automatically locks important footage in case of sudden movements or accidents. The included SD card was a nice bonus too! I purchased this for my wife's new car. I have had several dash cams in the past and wanted to get one that you could actually determine what the license plate numbers of the cars around you are. The front camera is awesome and the wi-fi (not bluetooth) hookup provides a clear picture of everything. I especially appreciate the small profile of the camera and the mount that stays attached to the windshield. Just slide on and slide off. They provide a nice tucking tool and plenty of cable to reach your dash 12v outlet. If you wish to plug into the console 12v outlet you will probably have to splice in about two feet of wire. My wife's car is a small SUV and by the time I concealed the wire in the headliner, down the window column, under the dash and to the console there was just not enough wire. It is easy to splice in a new piece however and I could not be more pleased with how it looks in the car. Easily as good as most OEM dash cams. the quality of the rear camera is not is good but I would not expect it to be since it is clearly a 1080P vs 4K on the front. I love the fact that it records and displays your speed and exact location on the recorded video and that you can view this info on your camera as well as both front and rear video displays thru the provided GKU software. I wish I would have had this setup when my wife and I drove thru an Indian reservation in New Mexico and got a ticket. I am sure that I was not speeding but since we had out of state plates we were the ones who got pulled over. I have not used it but the software allows you to put your phone in your phone holder and the wi-fi connection will send the video to your camera. I am currently converting my F150 to an overlanding vehicle to travel into some remote areas in the western states and hope to get this dash cam or their next one up in quality to put into the truck to record my adventures. Buy this and you will not be disappointed. PS: I don't drive much at night but the night time videos it have recorded have been very good. When I have recorded video in my dark garage at night just the moonlight coming in the one window and the misc. battery charger lights, orange led on the freezer telling you it is working etc. give the camera enough light so you can discern what everything is in the garage.

Great packaging. Very helpful manual book. The video quality is amazing!! Looks better than the more pricey dashcams and I have an eye for detail as I am into photography. The app and connect works good for me. Works even better when actually in the car near the dashcam and also I have a great phone (S23 ultra). Installing was a breeze in my 2019 Dodge Challenger (Thanks to youtubers). I didn't bother to connect the rear camera just yet. Everything still works fine. Did I mention the video quality is amazing? Great price! I live in phoenix arizona so I will see how it holds up to the heat. Will update if anything.

I brought the camera and had an issue setting up with wifi connectivity on my iPhone . I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp and the agent was so helpful and interactive even with the time zone difference they would respond to my concerns and needs and did everything they would to help assist me and when I wasn’t able to get it up they send a replacement product that worked wonderful with no issues. The install was very easy and I did it myself as using the tuck tool, clips and very clear instructions manual provided and so far the adhesive has been able to withstand the Jamaican heat. Set up on the app was just as easy . Video quality is in 4K for both front and back camera and easy to view on the app . Camera came with SD card and everything needed. Just plug in install on app and go. Check cable length before buying as my husband tried in his car and it was a little short and so wired would not be fully tucked away however we tried in my car and was just a little long so it depends on vehicle. Would highly recommend this product Great camera with a good price point and great interactive customer service . Genuinely have nothing bad to say. Highly recommend
