Excellent product
I shifted from eating meat every single day to a mostly veg diet most days of the week, a few years ago. I also exercise 5-6 days a week. Since I've cut down on meat and dairy and have also stopped taking workout supplements, I've noticed I tend to have less energy, am tired earlier in my day etc though I try to get all the necessary nutrients in my diet. I knew I needed b12 and was trying out different products. None have worked so well as yours. Within two days I could feel a marked difference after taking one tablet.

Very Useful for Vegans to fight Vitamin B12 deficiency
Being a vegan for 10+ years it is imperative that I need to keep taking Vitamin B12. I tried many products that are vegan Vitamin B12 supplements and they were useful in helping me fight the lack of Vitamin B12, albeit sometimes I had symptoms of B12 deficiency like mouth ulcers or tongue getting wounded by teeth etc.After I started taking this product daily I never had such occurrences and I am completely satisfied with it!

It didn't suit me.
Medicines are like these. I've been suffering from Kidney Stones for a very long time. And after taking these it increases the kidney stone pan in me.So it's better to consult a doctor rather than becoming a doctor. I've made a foolish mistake, kindly you don't and consult with your doctor before buying any sort of medicine without recommendation.

Unived reduced the B12 dosage from 1500mcg to 14mcg
I was a regular customer of this product. But then suddenly I realised that they changed the dosage of B12.Previously it used to be 1500mcg. Now, Unived has reduced the B12 dosage from 1500mcg to 14mcg. A >99% reduction in dosage value. When I contacted Unived - they said they are following the new government regulatory protocols.These levels are not at all good for a b12 deficient consumer. (I am a doctor)Though the information they presented is accurate, this was not updated for a regular consumer. So, if you were a regular consumer like me - be aware and switch to another brand.
