Where can replacement blades be purchased and how much are they?

How small a circle can be cut?

I cut a circle that was 2-15/16" diameter which was right at the limit; the cutter head was almost touching the suction cup.

Has anyone used this to cut a hole in a window without putting it on a flat surface? I know it says not to, but my only option right to cut vertical

It has a suction cup on it. So as long as the glass is flat and smooth it can stick to it on a vertical surface. Planning a diamond heist?

Can the arbor be easily replaced with a longer one for larger circles? And what are thr dimensions of the arbor the comes with it?

It looks like it’s just .25” square stock with a hole in it for a pivot point. You could easily replace it with any length you need.
