does this timing light display rpm's?

The 5568 most definitely displays RPM, perfect for setting idle speed, or open throttle RPM on lawn and garden equipment.

Would this work on my 2004 infiniti FX45? I just need to know if I need only this tool or I need other items with it. Any advise is really appreciated, if another tool is recommended for the same car then please let me know.

Why do some buyer reviews mention rpm reading by this timing light when all other evidence indicates it does not feature rpm reading?

I'm giving my review for the Innova 3568, which has a RPM digital gauge. I think because there're 4 different Innova timing guns, the 3551, 3555, 3568 & 5568 on the same page, that for some reason, they are bleeding together through Amazon's review page ??

Will the innova 3551 work on a maintenance free ignition system?

Not sure what you mean by a maintenance free system? This is an old school timing light similar to those being sold back in the 60s, 70s and 80s
