These are GREAT!
I only need 1 gummy every other day to control my depression. I dont want to try any othet Sam-e. These are best i have ever used since i started taking them in 2013. Great tasting, fast acting, long lasting.

Definitely works!
Getting older has its issues. Anxiety is one of mine. So I tried this SamE because my doctor recommended it instead of sleep aides. It has helped me calm down and sleep has definitely improved. Usually I don’t notice any benefit from supplements I take, but this is different. I’m glad I tried it and will continue to do so. Tastes great too. Like a sweet treat!!
