It took a long time to navigate the set up. If you are having issues here are clearer steps.1- Download the file from this website: Andriod: DLN.BZ/a/ESON/2.8.1708252- Sign into your wi-fi, making sure it is NOT 5G3- Find the download, and install the app. (It will come up with a true app not just a "gear" icon. If not, re-download.)4- Power up speaker(s) (Beware, they are loud on startup.)5- Follow the instruction in the app to connect to your wi-fi. Once connected, press the "M" to make a white light appear under the mesh.6- If all goes well, you will hear a "connected".The app allows you to play 2 different songs, or series of songs on each, or stack them to play all the same music.

Would not connect to WiFi. Called customer service and had a horrible experience. I returned it.

It’s an alright speaker, would be better if all features worked properly and was easier to use. So for the time I have used it, Sound was loud, clear and crisp, could use a bit more bass. The silicon strap was very cheap, I barely pulled on it and it snapped. I like the size and shape of it, WiFi connection is difficult and as many times as it says I’m connected it’s not. I bought it specifically for the Alexa feature so not sure why it refuses to stay connected. I only just got it and it was completely dead so I had to plug it in to try it out, even so I wish it had a few more hours on. While reading instructions I didn’t see an auto off feature that would help conserve the low hours available. All in all it’s alright for $20 does base features, I really wanted to love it since it does feel good in the hands and sounds decent.

I have a large number and variety of smart devices in my home (including Home Assistant on a Pi 4B), so I'm aware of connections issues and the back-doors to rectify them.The idea with the app is that you need to connect to the device (via Wi-Fi) and then hope it shakes hands with your 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi network connection that has internet access. This never happened.This unit failed to connect to my 2.4 GHz network with both Android and iOS - both were tried repeatedly.I was able to connect directly to the speaker with my phone, but never my 2.4 (which is where Alexa lives).I feel that I was gracious in giving over an hour to trying to get this to work on my network, but it never did. The Bluetooth functions and Aux jack might work fine, but that's not why I bought this.If you have a great deal of time to repeat the same procedures and hope they turn out differently, this is the device for you.

Works really good and speakers is good just not very loud. But louder than the Alexa dot. Have to push microphone button to speak to Alexa.

Great bang for your buck. Overall sounds quality is amazing for the size & the wifi capabilities are awesome.
