This little kitty is very cute, soft and relaxing just to look at. The colorful changing lights are a great aid to helping with practicing breathing techniques for my child. The 7 sounds are all very soothing as well. It's rechargeable and has a long battery life. It shuts off after two hours automatically.

My son has trouble falling asleep. He has enjoyed dimming the lights and listening to the water sounds on his kitty. It relaxes him and helps him fall asleep sooner. I would give it 5 stars if it also had volume control. It is a bit loud.

I gave this to friends for Christmas. Both were excited. One charged and tried it again n my presence, so I saw how happy she was with it. It is esthetically pleasing overall - cute, squishy, colors, sound, and pace. I see it as a wonderful health product as it guides a person in breath. Well done!

I love the squishy animal and the breathing light features that come with it. I wish we could change what particular color we could set the nightlight feature to forever. Otherwise, the device will cycle to 8 different colors. I also wish the sound could be set without having to turn the light on.

The multicolored changing lights are actually quite bright!! A full charge has lasted a while, although it's not on constantly. Haven't tried all of the other features yet, including most the "white noise" sounds. The birds setting was maybe a little shrill. However I mainly got it as a gift to my mom to get her to practice breathing exercises. We are still working on that. It's smaller than I imagined, even though I saw the description, but its size doesn't matter. It's got a nice soft silicone covering that squishes a little, but the plastic base is normal hard plastic. It's nice to keep on the bed actually because it's not cumbersome. I might buy a second one.
