This product is palatable to taste, depending on flavor. It is a great addition to water, particularly if you are experiencing electrolyte imbalance as shown by your lab work. If a person has a history of electrolyte issues confirmed by their physician, has trouble with fluid balance, or is on dialysis I would only recommend this under a physician supervision.

A refreshing change from an unflavored bottle of water. Also better to drink and caused no stomach upset! Perfect for after workouts to replenish lost nutrients!

I drink tons of water and sweat a lot from working in agriculture, on days where I feel sluggish one of these really help refuel my system. Unfortunately one of the packages arrived torn, but all other were unopened.
