Is there a best way to brew this coffee? Moka, espresso machine, French press, percolation...?

I’ve used it in a percolator and a French press. Even though it was good in the press I enjoyed it more in the percolator.

It says “single origin”. but which? yirgacheffe? sidamo? bean matters!

I cannot find the answer to that question on their website or on the bag I have now. I’m not an expert but I’ve had both yirgacheffe and sidamo and I think it yirgacheffe. Sorry I can’t be more definitive.
