Tried and at the beginning wasn't working, but didn't give me any digestive issues like lactose probiotics so I continued. After week and a half I noticed decrease in appetite so it helped me to loose 6lb. I am no longer loosing weight due to no time to exercise, but continuing taking this probiotic.

I ordered this supplement to help me cut back on over eating. I have found the older I get the harder the weight is to shed. This supplement has helped me to curve cravings, and eat less. You take two capsules daily. They are easy to swallow with no taste or after taste. I have finished the one month supply and I did lose a few pounds, nothing dramatic. I did notice more energy while using a supplement. I like that this supplement is manufactured in the USA with global ingredients in a cGMP-certified facility for quality and purity, and that it is non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free.

This is good enough, beats competitors, I don't use suds though, why use it? A thousand on the abs might really show 'em how it's done.

Updating my original review. So after taking this for about 5.5 weeks I have to say this has caused a complete upset to my GI tract. I have horrible cramping and pain. Totally deregulated. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this product. I cannot say that this product did not help me lose weight. I have lost 16 lbs but I’ve also been exercising and eating 1000 calories a day or less. I’ve continued to lose weight after I stopped taking it.It’s really helping to reduce cravings and decreasing my appetite. I’ve lost 6 lbs so far, been using it for 11 days. It is important to follow the directions and take it 30 minutes before your large meal.

Now even though this product did not work for me each person has different body chemistry. Therefore, it doesn’t mean it will not work for you. This is just my experience with the product.

everyone is different so i cannot fault product and really you need more than 4 weeks for these types of products to show their overall effectiveness, most time it is 12 weeks like another product i decided to buy elsewhere instead of using this codeage for 8 more weeks at this time..So given the ingredients, i should of at least seen some slight benefits using this but, nope. i was still constantly hungry, i did not lose any inches/weight (even on the last two weeks where i behaved myself eating wise and ate properly) and the ingredients in it that i normally took separate (berberine and the probiotics) did not help like usual. i also saw no increase in energy whatsoever.. Now i would say well you didn’t use this long enough to see these benefits and maybe that is true but, two weeks after running out of this, i started another brand and near end of that first week, my hunger was in check, my energy slightly up. there has been no other benefits after 3 weeks on that but, it is at least doing the main thing i wanted it to, control my hunger.. still that brand is much pricier ($70-90 plus ship for 30 days) so after 12 weeks, i may start this codeage back up and use it for 12 weeks to see if it was just a fluke/bad capsules for why it didn’t help at all cause the ingredients are close to the same between the two brands and this codeage is more upfront with what it contains in it, is a known name brand and is way more affordable for longterm use
