Purchased the Seaory S25 for occasional ID badge printing. The unit arrived well packaged and was easy to set up once I registered it online. Once powered on, the unit presented a ribbon error, so I called support, and Felix helped me through it very quickly. The cards look great and print edge-to-edge. I note that the documentation is very generic and limited. The setting that Felix used to resolve the issue would never been obvious with the materieals provided, but phone support was quick and friendly.

This machine is working great to print our name badges. It was easy to set up.

Ease of use: Really easy to use! After the initial download of the drivers and softwares, the printer is pretty self explanatory as long as you are good with some type of powerpoint software. We purchased the SeaoryS25 ID printer through Amazon to save $500 from what was listed on the Bodno website, so very grateful this product was in stock. It arrived within 48h which is incredible given we are in a pretty remote location. Felix helped to confirm that the warranty would still be in place if purchased through Amazon and was very quick to respond to all my questions. Since we purchased through Amazon we needed Bodno to send an external activation code to be able to use the software, which was sent very quickly after I reached out. Felix even jumped on a call with me to help ensure the installation went smoothly. We have blank cards pre-printed with our company logo on them, which I was told by another salesperson should work fine with this printer since they worked with our previous Badgy100, but each time I try to print an ID card, the machine pops it out for about 1 second and then sucks it back into the printer and jams. This is pretty annoying, as I have to open up the printer, remove the ribbon, eject the card, reset everything, and try again. That would be my only complaint about the machine thus far. I tried a blank card that was sent with the printer and that flew out of the printer and shot onto the floor, which I suppose is better than jamming, but hoping to figure out how to stop our preferred blank cards from jamming each time. If I hover my fingers around where the card pops out and grab it in the short moment it pops out of the machine, that seems to work, but hopefully will figure out a better solution soon! 10/10 customer service from Felix at Bodno, one star removed because we were assured our existing card blanks would work, and while they do print properly, the constant jamming makes for a very inefficient process if one needs to print multiple cards.
