Good printer, have used it for around 3 months. Image printing quality is not good, image gets darkened and unrecognisable.

Thogh costly worth buying.
No need to call technician to install to get guarantee for the product. Simple procedure you can install yourself. Duplex printing helps to save papers, but available only for documents. Not for snaps etc. I opted for table top scanner, instead of line scanner, so a bit costly. It is usefull if you have to scan part of a book. Original cartridge is also moderately priced. Using wifi conectivity you can directly take print out from mobiles and other wifi gadgets. Compact size when you consider all its multi operation facilities. One draw back is after the required softwares are installed, if you move the icons to a folder in the desktop then it does not recognise them, then again install option occurs when you click them from inside the folders. So you have to leave all 3 icons on desktop.

Horrible software/driver experience
Absolutely horrible experience of printing. I am unable to print any document anymore. Have reinstalled drivers and everything. It worked fine for a few months after purchase, then eventually stopped working on my desktop. Then stopped working thru my phone too. I have spent more time troubleshooting this printer than actual printing documents as of now.
