I had a knee accident that has laid me up and this little machine has come to the rescue. No assembly required, plug it in and works right out of the box with a remote so you don't have to bend down to work the controls! 12 settings for speed and 4 for routine makes it also challenging to use! Keeps track of time, distance, speed, steps taken, and calories burned. The only thing that would be nice to have included with the unit would be some velcro straps so they don't slip off during your exercise but we adjust! :-) All in all, it's a wonderful elliptical unit and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! As it is under my desk, it is, unlike my treadmill that just SITS across the room. I use the elliptical all the time. I don't even bother with "am I going to do it?" It is simply handy and instant and I am using it several times a day. Since I have been using it I am not needing to take my Gabapentin at night for RLS...that is really good. I just put my feet on it and it does its thing. The motion is jerky at times, and not as smooth and steady as I would expect. I have NEVER been able to do the Bicycle thing, it hurts my knees...this goes forward and backward and is no pain impact...but it is working my legs and I really like it. It warms me up to USE MY TREADMILL. If I were to buy it again I think I would increase the quality of the product...but this is a reasonable price and I am satisfied...I love that the Remote has its own pocket actually ON THE MACHINE...it doesn't get mixed up or lost...it has its own spot on the machine. It is a good design and for the price, I would recommend it.

excellent product! very sturdy. makes exercising the legs fun and getting a great workout. we also use while performing desk work. it is easy to use and easy to store away when not in use. highly recommend this product . arrived promptly. well packaged. we are very pleased! we shared our thoughts to our family and friends about this machine!

This is a wonderful device, but it is hard to keep in one place as the bottom is slippery and the pressure from my feet on it make it slide away from me. I ended up putting the head of the elliptical against my recliner and that kept it in one place. I have had a sore knee for 2 years and it only took 2 times of exercise to make the discomfort go away! Hooray!!

I bought this item for my daughter as she has a desk job and needed to get more exercise. She says she has much more energy now! She is stronger. her balance is much better. She can now put her sox on while standing. She could not do that before using this product.
