Surprisingly great update for my sewing process
I didn't know how much I needed this until I replaced its rickety, wobbly, rusty predecessor. It is wide and solid, with a stable stance and good iron rest. One note: if you iron sheer or semi-sheer fabric a lot, you may want to get a solid color instead of a print. I thought I was getting water spots (I wasn't), when I was just seeing the water bubbles printed on the cover. But that's a me problem, not the fault of the ironing board. Absolutely worth the money if you iron frequently.

Very sturdy board with a nice wide surface
Very sturdy and stable ironing surface. I like that the board is a mesh steel under the pad so steam passes through. My old board would trap moisture between the metal board and pad that would eventually cause the ironing pad and cover to become wet. The extra few inches in width is really helpful and means less moving of the fabric. This board also adjusts to a higher position than my old board, so it’s easier for taller people. Also really like the tray at the end of the board. Plenty of room for my iron and a spray bottle. Definitely not a light weight board like some of the less expensive ones I’ve had from big box stores over the years. Worth the investment.

This is a solid ironing board
I absolutely love this ironing board. I wanted a wider than usual ironing board for my quilting projects. I never experienced the height differences in boards. This one will go pretty high and I find it much more comfortable to iron at the higher level. I'm only 5'1", so anyone taller must suffer with lower level ironing boards. It's something I never took into consideration until now. It's a larger size so I don't really consider it light weight. There are rubber holders on the legs to keep it stable on smooth floors, so if you use it on carpet, like I do, you sort of have to give it a lift in order to move it, which works for me because I'm not moving it very often. I highly recommend this ironing board. It's the nicest I've ever owned.

Pricey but worth it
I’ve been shopping for over a month for an ironing board. I didn’t want to spend a $100 but with my options at Target and Walmart it left me with no choice. Even their cheap boards were $50. My last two boards were purchased at Target, but Target doesn’t sell anything close to what I’d bought. This board is nice and sturdy. The padding is decent and I like the resting plate for the iron. I’m happy that it has a 10 year warranty. So far it meets my expectations.

Safe and Sturdy
My gravity-fed iron had a tendency to fall off my old 15" T-leg ironing board because of the weight of the cords. I actually used a set of clamps to keep this from happening and to keep my house from burning down. When I saw the 4-legged Brabantia Size C board with 'ice water' cover for only $96, I decided that I should take advantage of the low price even though an 18" board was really too wide for the doorway where I hang my water tank and do my ironing. After just one ironing session, I changed my mind. Between the 4 legs and the extra 3 inches, this ironing board is extremely sturdy. Even though I may bump into the board more frequently, the Iron is never in danger of falling off. The solid iron rest probably makes the board heavier, which may also contribute to the sturdiness. I chose it because I was concerned that hot water would drip through an open rest and burn my foot or my floor.

Large space perfect for sewist
I can't believe that it took me so long to replace my old and wobbly ironing board. This new ironing board is absolutely a dream. It is large, and it is easy to move around. (I don't have to move it far, but still.) I sew for fun, and I sew as couture as I can, always learning new things, but I like to sew women's blazers, blouses, pants. So, there is a lot of ironing, and this has made that part of the process so much nicer than before. I genuinely can't believe it too me so long to realize what a gamer changer a new ironing board would be. Not just any new ironing board, but this ironing board. I bought the C model, and I struggled between it and the D model in decision, but I finally bought the C model, and I am thrilled. I don't have room for another, but if I did, I would be happy to also buy the D model! But, alas, this review is only for the C model. I will say that I don't like any of the patterns on the ironing board cover, so I bought one with a plain cover, which is few nice, very padded. Lovely.

Pros and cons
Pros: it's very heavy (which for some may be a con). It's large and wide enough to iron trousers without barely dipping over the edge. The iron rest is large - large enough to stack folded clothes. It opens right up like the old school ironing boards - a little shake and it locks into place and you're ready to get your ironing on. Cons: it has scratches on the iron rest. There are deep wrinkles on the cloth cover that I can't seem to iron out. Irony :) The padding is thin. The cover (bought the raindrop one) looks very dirty and stained. It's neither, it's just the artwork that is pretty unattractive.
