Bought this for the church annex and on Wednesday night when we have all of our teens come for their Bible lesson, I made them snow cones and a few adults were anxious for one as well. They were a big hit and the machine kept up with all my many orders. Only one thing I could see as a way of improvement. There isn't a ledge by the door, so ice tends to want to just empty out on the floor because I have it so full of ice. I know I could just crush as I go but to keep up with 35+ people who are basically wanting their snow cone at the same time, it was better to crush a bag of ice and then start on the next one when that was dwindling down. I may try to figure out something to put there to keep it from sliding out when I open the door. Great ice and Lots of Fun. I wouldn't let that minor thing keep you from buying it.
