Inert Gas "Y" Valve Argon Western # 411 Review: Useful, could not find this anywhere else. - Solidly made. I use it to run separate gas sources (Ar and Ar-CO2) into my multifunction MIG/TIG welder. Eliminates need for switching hoses. Only ding would be that there is not a six-sided "nut" cast into the female ends of the "Y" but there is a parallel flat cast under the valve knob that you can grab with a crescent wrench and stabilize when tightening. No leaks detected. Taped labels onto knobs. Review: Great little gas valve - Works good! Just what I’ve been looking for. No more disconcerting one hose to connect another hose and the back again.

I've used this product at work for 3 years. It's great for splitting inert gas processes. Without the hassle and wear on brass fittings. The idea must have came from oxy acetylene cutting torch functions. So don't you pass up this product.

Easy to select gases for each process
Just what I needed to hook up a C25 and an Argon tank to my Everlast MTS welder. Easy to select gases for each process, or mix for higher Argon percent. Quality product, valves are solid, no leaks.

Perfect for what I needed
Allowed me to connect my both of the welders I use for aluminum to a single argon bottle. Now changing from MIG (spool gun) to TIG takes only seconds.

Great for tig welding. One hose to your torch, one hose to your purge. That is what it do.
