I got this for our daughters room as an upgrade from a single. She can be clumsy so a softer headboard was needed. This all arrives in one box. The instructions are good and clear, but i did find that lots of parts weren't labelled. So the exploded diagram was a huge help. There are also a lot of bolts already in place which is a big help. With a unreliable electric screwdriver i was able to get this assembled in about 45 minutes. They do include a little ratchet which is a lovely touch and makes life much easier. When assembled it is solid and holds a double mattress with some wiggle room. The headboard is soft enough for clumsy people and so far the bed doesn't creak Good quality and ok value when on sale. This bed punches well above it's weight for it's price point. Very solid, sturdy, no squeaks or noises. The fabric on the frame and headboard are of good quality and the colour is very nice too. Didn't take too long to assemble at all. Honestly such a great bed for the price no issues at all. Love it.

I wanted to wait a few days to try the bedframe out before leaving a review. The bedframe came with tonnes of plastic packaging, which was a shame but it was easy enough to put together and is very sturdy. I'm very happy with my purchase but agree with another review lower which says the bed is smaller than a king size. I think it's because my mattress is very thick and doesn't fully slot in the space between the frame and the headboard. Because of this, my mattress is almost sitting on top of the bedframe rather than in it. It doesn't affect how the bedframe is being used but understand why others wouldn't be happy with this.

What a great double bed frame. So glad I bought this. It's a little tricky to work out the pieces as nothing is labelled and the instructions needed me to use a magnifying glass! The frame comes in a box and has a really handy ratchet tool to tighten the screws. It took around an hour and a half to build - it's a 2 person job. There are strips on the slats that you peel off so your mattress doesn't slide about. Plonked my mattress on top and there was absolutely no creaking or sound from the frame. First time in years I've had unbroken sleep (previous bed was wooden and creaked so much). The price was fantastic (£85 -ish with Amazon Prime discount) and it looks so good and smart. I thoroughly recommend this frame.

Lovely bed easy to assemble and very sturdy worth the money

Very easy to assemble. I am female with several autoimmune and disabilities, but I found this bed very straightforward to make. I did make a few mistakes with the headboard putting the posts on incorrectly but after I realised was simple to correct. I didn’t need any screwdrivers or hammers. Was able to use the Allen key (silver) to screw in and the ratchet key(black one) to tighten. My son loves his new bed. As does the dog. Would definitely recommend this bed. Doesn’t feel cheap.

Beautiful bed and very sturdy.

The headboard arrived folded much to my surprise. It’s now 2 weeks after it being set up and It still looks awful!!!!! The fabric is VERY OBVIOUSLY DENTED and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but even after it has ‘settled’ it still looks like its broken in the middle. I would like a replacement please that does not break down in the middle.

We were impressed. Great quality, mainly for the price. Also the bed came sparkling clean, no dust or stains on the fabric. Easy to install. Looks firm, no noises yet. Would recommend.
