Fairly easy set up just takes a little elbow grease play around with it to adjust to your body and needs and that’s that feels like back is being stretched without any extra pain, definitely a great price. This has a very sturdy build I let a bigger family member try it and it didn’t budge. Overall the design is great and has helped improve my posture

Works as advertised and seems to really help my aching back due to stenosis and moderate scoliosis. Am trying to avoid surgery. Eases the pain but need to use 3 x a day for best results. Have only been using for 5 days but hoping it works more steadily as time passes. Definitely would recommend.

I read a review saying this is amazing after the first few days. It’s been about a week and I agree the first few days hurt when you use this, but you should expect that as you are stretching muscles you may not normally. This is sturdy, and a little flexible. I love the 3 options for curve ( I’m still on the lowest). I can feel it stretching muscles and my back pain is less. I think regular use will help me more. I would recommend this.

The MINOLL Back Stretcher is a good product overall — it definitely helps relieve lower back tension and gives a nice stretch after sitting for long hours. It’s easy to assemble and use, and I do feel relief when using it regularly. However, the center cushion is a bit flimsy and tends to move out of place during use. I have to adjust or fix it almost every time, which can be a little annoying. If the cushion were sturdier or attached more firmly, this would be an excellent product. This thing is strong, won’t break so far. My back naturally hurts a lot from disc degeneration and this provides a really easy way to stretch my back. It hurts a lot but the relief is worth trying it every day. I decided to place it under my mattress and sleep with it over night. It really helps me sleep a lot better, because my bed was killing my back. This kind of fixed that problem.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. Very nice and works great! I like that it can be adjusted to fit different heights.

Love it. I have back pain. And this helps me stretch my back and relive some pain. I do it once or twice a day when my back hurts. Sometimes, when my back doesn’t hurt, I think of still using it to stretch my back. I think it could help with my posture since I sit at my desk working 8-9 hours per day.
