At first I wasn't really sure about the shape of this mouse because it was a lot different than my old one that I used for many years. But after using it for a few weeks, I really do like it a lot more than my old one! It feels a lot more sleek and I guess "expensive" than others that I've used. It's a nice material and actually a really good size and very comfortable. I have kind of small hands so it may be different for other people, but for me it is a nice shape. I also really like that it goes to sleep after not being used for a bit. In my experience it isn't too quick - I've only noticed it going to sleep after around 10 minutes of inactivity? It may be shorter, but I don't notice. I haven't used it enough to see how the battery lasts, but so far it's been just fine. It works perfectly on the screen, I don't think its too slow or unresponsive. It's fast and connects with ONLY bluetooth, not with a little usb you plug in, which I like because I have limited ports. For a cheaper mouse it's definitely a very comfy mouse and a good buy!

Great value product! It does everything well and, unlike my old Microsoft Surface mouse never loses its Bluetooth connection. It is somewhat small which makes handling pleasant, light weight (only one AA battery), quiet, and works on any surface. Would have been nice to have a rubber rather than plastic scroll wheel, but at this price it is an awesome value as is. Definitely recommended.

This is a great alternative to Microsoft mice which I prefer for some reason. I've had many many Logitech products over 40+ years in IT fields both in the office and 27 years of working remotely. These Logitech mice are decent cost effective mice in most cases and this one is no exception - it works as designed, connects with no problem, etc.. Issues crop up related to longevity/planned obsolescence. I prefer MS mice when on sale, otherwise 1 or 2 Logitechs within every 18 months of so and all is well. So in the end a nice choice for the price and time limitations you may have.

Wanted a bluetooth mouse. And saw Logitech had many inexpensive bluetooth options. Decided to go with the M196 as it has an auto cut off feature if left alone for a while, which saves the battery, plus its a decent size and fits in your palm comfortably.Connected easily to my laptop, with no extra dongle clogging up my usb ports. I would urge any one to switch from wireless to bluetooth. Came in a poly mailer lined with bubble wrap, product box came a lil dinged up but I expected that, as all unboxing videos show everyone's item came like that. Item itself was brand new, no damages, and passed the new gadget smell test, lol.Came with a AA battery pre-installed. Build quality/design does not feel cheap to me, as I am used to Apple's magic mouse. I got the grey so the colour will not appear dirty over time. I really wanted a Blue Tooth mouse and this was highly rated. It was very easy to set up on my MacBook Air and it works very well. The click is easy to feel and it fits my hand very well. Movements are smooth and accurate. I strongly recommend it.

I first bought a black one and liked it so much that I replaced my other mouse that needed a small USB receiver with a pink one to match my Logi small pink keyboard and they matched perfectly! These Logi bluetooth mouse are very simple and easy to use and they glide perfectly without having to readjust their position on the surface once in a while. They work on pretty much any surface! I finally found a mouse that is well made and inexpensive! So happy with my purchase!
