What is this product for?

I use it as part of the "like heals like" theory of health/medicine. Just as vaccines and flu shots are "like" substances, glandular extracts are supposed to provide the "like" molecular building blocks of the organ that's being used. I think this could be used by both men and women.

Are these from grass-fed cows?

My understanding is yes they are from grassfed cattle
