I need this in a larger bottle. It's expensive but worth it. Easy to swallow. Good quality ingredients. Health benefits were noticeable after two weeks, as certain problems with my skin that I thought were just from "getting old" went away, and my overall mood improved as well. I have more energy and I recover faster from exercise. I hope that if I continue to take these I will continue to see benefits.

Great Vitamin Supplement!
I've been taking this for about a month now and am very happy with it. The capsules are easy to digest, no bad taste and love that they use Veggie Capsules! After the first week of taking a daily dose I felt an improvement in my focus and mood. I take this along with a symbiotic for gut health and no side effects were felt. I will def get a subscription and keep this in my supplement routine! I also Love that they have a 1-1 donation program to help children who are at risk of malnutrition!

Easy, yet slightly under powered
I normally take the individual vitamins included in this. If you don't like to take multiple pills, this okay alternative. I bought this for my spouse that fits this category. If you eat plenty of greens and meats this product can help fill some the gaps. These are fat soluble vitamins and stay in body longer and can build up over time. That is main reason I take them individually. This product is fine if you're not a health "fanatic" like me :D When taking supplements you should consider what is the length of time and dose that it will take to notice results. Often it may take 30 to 90 days for supplementation to change functions within your body, the research is available. It's to you to understand your body and your choices.

Top notch supplement
Great product with purest of ingredients! My Optometrist recommended adding this to my zeaxanthin and Pregnenolone regiment. It definitely has improved my vision!
