I love the keyboard but I'm still trying to get used to it. A few of the special keys are in a slightly different position so I'm still having to look at the board to get the right one. The mouse is also easy to use and moves smoothly. My only concern about the mouse is the sensitivity of the right click. Just a brief, barely touched tap will bring up another screen, not one I want to see right then. I'm still trying to find a way to reduce the sensitivity on the right click so I won't have to go to another mouse out of frustration with my lazy finger.

Decent Keyboard and mouse. The battery door on the back of the keyboard does not easily open and it is impossible to reinstall. Other than this, good product and value.

Awesome quiet keyboard that resembles my Dell Laptop keys including Copilot key When it works it's awesome. The key "b" is reliable about 50% of the time. Since it has a 3 year warranty it shouldn't be a problem, but Dell won't talk to you unless you have a service tag number. I have a Dell laptop and a Dell monitor so they are in my list of equipment on their website. But this keyboard is not significant enough for that. I tried to chat and call Dell. I did get through to an answering service, but since I didn't have an Dell invoice (only Amazon) they couldn't do anything. I couldn't contact the seller so eventually Amazon gave me a link to Dell Support Cloud Store. I may try it, but haven't decided if it's worth the aggravation.

The lack of sound is incredibly satisfying. I love this keyboard so much. My work bought the first one, so my typing would be so annoyingly loud when taking notes during calls. I love it do much I had to get one for home too.

Don't let the images fool you. You do not get a "two pack," like the image shows. You get one keyboard and one mouse even though you know you are buying a combo kit. This is misleading because it makes you think that you are getting two keyboards and two mice. None of the other sellers say two pack on the images, and a couple sellers had cheaper pricing, so I was under the impression that I was getting two of each for the price I paid. Other than that, the keyboard quality and feel are good and this is a compact size keyboard. The keys are quiet and non-clicky.

I have mixed feelings about this keyboard. I loved it, but still had to revert back to my wired one due to it keep not typing, had to keep unplugging the usb. I never used the mouse have a different one.

Batteries NOT in the box!! It says even on the box that batteries are included, but they are NOT!! Not big deal, just annoying when you expect it to be there and its not! Otherwise it was super easy to sync both mouse and keyboard, took few seconds. Both are super quiet and nice to work with so far.

It feels good. But the LAG is awful! The mouse will stutter at times, making it unusable, requiring me to turn it off and back on again. The same thing happens with the keyboard. You'll be typing along, and the letters start slowly appearing, or it will look like the space bar was held down. The mouse buttons are a bit too sensitive, there's no click feeling, and it causes you to click when you don't want to. I can't return it because I can't be without a keyboard. It was a replacement one because the previous Microsoft one died. I can't recommend this one. If it wasn't for the constant LAG, it would get all 5 stars. It feels really nice.
