Buy it!
I’ve had this massager for a year and I would highly recommend it! I have had multiple eye surgeries and with recovery comes a majorly sore neck from having to sleep sitting up. This massager helped me so much I even bought one for my mother who has neck strain problems. It is also fantastic deep tissue massage for back pain - I set it up against a pillow and lean on it and it’s just amazing. I’m so glad I have this!

Great massager
Bought this for my wife as part of her Mother’s Day gift. She loves it. Her and my daughter use it a lot! It’s not very heavy compared to others. It’s built very well and powers through neck pain. Highly recommend

FINALLY, THE PERFERT MASSAGER!
I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain my entire life. STRESS! I finally found the perfect neck and shoulder massager, especially for women. The reason I say this is because women typically have narrower necks than men and this item gets right into the facets on both sides of the cervical vertebrae at the same time. The roller balls are large enough to dig deep and it's a well made powerful massager. I'm going to buy another as backup, since nothing lasts forever! PHENOMENAL!

A solid option
I bought this to replace a similar kind of massager we got as Sam's some time ago. I like it fine in terms of the amount of massaging movement and different directions. The cycle seems a bit shorter, however, and a bit less varied than our old one. The carrying case is a big plus, as we never really knew where to put it when we weren't using it. If I were buying again, I would probably try another one.

Very flexible to use. I use it daily on my neck before stretching exercises to treat my neck range of motion.

Nice product
I would recommend out of all the others out there of these; the only thing is that it has to be plugged in, and I would like to you it in areas of my home that I don’t have a close enough outlet.

Get Your Rub On
This may replace a lot of husbands, just sayin'.It may not look like much, but this thing rules! It has put its fair share of work in and helps tremendously with any knots or body pains you may have. Carry bag is really nice quality. However, you will need a power source - not a deal breaker at all.

Malfunctioning
I really like this product it’s amazing. The reason for less stars is, I bought it the end of April and now a couple days ago one of the sides are not working. But other than that, the concept and everything is great. Just sucks with one side working.
