Oh my god, this massager is everything and by far better than any others I have tried. I use it on my neck, shoulders and back. It does require plug in to use, but honestly at least that way I can use it as long as I want to and don't have to constantly worry about recharging it. It really gives a nice deep tissue massage. Works great. My friend has one and after trying it, knew i had to get one!

When I received this massager it didn't operate correctly. It worked at first but then it stopped after a few minutes and made a loud clicking sound. I notified the company and received a reply from Ted right away. He determined the unit should be replaced and did so right away. In less than a week I had a new unit and it works great. It's very effective in relieving back pain. I feel it is very much worth the price, and the customer service was the best.

I’ve had severe neck pain for a few years and nothing has helped me! I saw this and thought I’d give it a try and oh my GOODNESS! I buy a lot of things from Amazon so I’m always pretty skeptical of gimmicky type things. This is probably my favorite purchase EVER and that says a lot! The build and quality are top notch. The massage is AMAZING! I’ve had it 3 hours now and I’ve used it two of the three hours. Don’t hesitate, buy it! Your body will thank you later! If you maneuver it properly you can hit your whole back and neck. I used it on my arms and legs as well ! Best purchase EVER

I bought mine almost two years ago. I've bought a few different brands over the years and with once daily use they have lasted 18-24 months. This one stopped working this week but the material did not tear through as other brands have done. As another reviewer said, when I first ordered this it stopped working almost immediately. But customer service was excellent (the contact number is on a tag right on the product) and after he had me try it with the car charger (no results) he shipped me out a new product. It has lasted these two years. I am ordering this brand again.

Shocked how good this works! I didn’t expect much but just one use of this provided me with immediate pain relief. The sleeves actually make a huge difference and helps hold the pressure exactly where you need it. Highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for pain relief. I have been dealing with persistent shoulder pain for the last year or so. I work a desk job, and carry stress in my shoulder / neck area. I had very low expectation but let me tell you... this thing is a game changer.After thirty minutes of use, it has already given me more relief than I often find the few times a year I can afford to see a massage therapist. It is easy to add or reduce the pressure just by relaxing / loosing or tightening the device around whatever area you're focusing on. Works incredibly well on the neck, shoulders, back, and glutes. I am so happy with this purchase and could not recommend it enough.

I used this for 2 hours the first day it arrived. Once you get used to using it, you can guide it up and down your back. It looks like it may be awkward to use, but it's very simple: you control the pressure, speed, heat... Before using this, the knots in my shoulders were so bad that while driving, I couldn't turn my head to see if cars were coming. Just compare the cost of a masseuse, you've got to try it. But you'll never replace your masseuse:)

I thought it was chargable. You have to be near an outlet. I am a small woman and it was impossile to change the settings unless you took it off. The massage is good and I found I could let it roll down my spine. It is cumbersome and it got stuck on the chair and I was unable to move. I would repurchase if it ever becomes rechargable. I don't like being restricted.
