Used for both wet and dry. Not great for small quantities as the bowls are deceptively large.

Heavy duty! Just what I wanted!
This is a heavy duty commercial grade unit, suitable to grind large amount of spices, supplied with two blades/bowls and storage lids, each has a 680 ml capacity. Item is best suited to make your own spice mix at home, my suggestion is to view the commercial video on Youtube before buying. If your intended use it to grind small amount / few grams each time, in this case go for Cusinart spice grinder SG21U, I had to upgrade to this Waring unit because I found out that it’s is best to make your own spice mix at home for better taste and nutritional benefit without the miscellaneous “ingredients” hence upgrading to a commercial unit to cover my needs.

Ich kann das Produkt nicht weiter empfehlen da für mich das Produkt nicht durchdacht ist. Ich bin der Meinung für Großküche nicht geeignet oder zu unpraktisch. (hohe Deckel mit Dichtung (soll mit Zahnstocher zum reinigen herausgeholt werden)!!???!!!)
