It's ok, I guess
Decided to Buy this product because I read a lot online about the benefits of the Schizandra berries. I am very curious about nutrition and especially natural remedies, so if you are like me, you probably have read about a lot of these so called superfoods and their benefits I decided to give Schizandra Berris a try. They are known for their effects on decreasing Cortisol and improving testosterone levels. For men, this is something that we all want, in particular if you workout. To be completely honest, I didn't feel any difference in me. No more energy or even libido. On the other hand since I did not test my T leves or my Cortisol leves before and after, can't really say that it did not work. There is a lot of evidence defending the benefits of this substance but I did not feel a big difference like with other substances. That being said, I'll just give it 3 stars

Better sleep
Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I take it with valerian roots and passion flower. I use to be a very light sleeper but after taking this with others I fall deep asleep and wake up refreshed .
