Good build quality and performs well. Recommended.
This is well made and easy to use. It takes a bit over 1 liter of water (which should be distilled). This is enough for about a half hour to 45 minutes of use. Takes a few minutes to come on steam, and can only be refilled when completely cool, which takes about 20 minutes. On first starting to steam there is a bit of water mixed with the initial steam, but thereafter the steam is continuous, dry and quite forceful. It is hot. Move fairly slowly over a fabric surface, such as a mattress or couch, and it will be too hot to do more than touch briefly. I have not measured the temperature but the claim of 135C seems plausible. I have used it to deal with an insect infestation and it seems effective, though it has taken several days application once or twice a day, so do not expect miracles. Don't know about bed bugs, but it will probably deal with carpet moths, mites, pet fleas etc, the usual things that inhabit beds, rugs, carpets, couches and pet beds. It comes with four attachments, two large ones for carpets or windows, one small with a small brush head for spot (for some reason there are several of these) and a sort of medium brush with a fabric cover to fit it. I have found the window one to be the most useful for upholstery, and the small spot one for getting into folds of fabric in an upholstered chair or sofa. There is quite a long tubular lead. There are two extension pieces, useful for carpets or large bed. In use parts of the handle get hot, but not dangerously so. Changing the tool attachment is quite simple, and secure, but it will be wise to keep hands well away from the trigger while doing it, if the device is charged. Because of the heat and the pressure you need to be careful when using this, but it seems pretty safe given common sense in handling it. The potential danger is make sure that its totally discharged before opening it to refill. Don't know what the pressure is, but it seems pretty high. The reservoir cap is good quality brass threaded. The steam flow through the larger fittings is fine, continuous, forceful, plenty of it, and very hot. The spot attachment puts out quite a blast so will do a good job sterilizing crevices in a chair or sofa covering or getting into the skirting board of a fitted carpet. Not particularly cheap, but it works and works well. The cheap hand held ones by comparison are not in the same league. Don't bother with them, get this or one like it. Even hotter would be nice perhaps, but to get an industrial strength one will cost a lot more and maybe require a lot more care. This is positioned just right for an effective consumer product.

Nice little cleaner with good quality steam and pressure.
Great little steam cleaner. It comes with several attachments including microfiber towels and one white cloth attachment as well as a number of small brush heads and one wire brush head. All the attachments are well constructed and feel really durable. The steamer itself is about the size of a small box with one button to turn on and off and one screw plug for filling. The steam pressure and quality of the steam is the same as a much more expensive steamer. The steam is 'dry' as in it doesn't have hot water carried over into the steam like on the cheaper units. It is a small unit and cannot run all day but it has enough capacity to do almost all the jobs you can find around the house. I deep cleaned a cooker that was covered in greasy oil, it made the job a lot easier although I did use chemicals as well. I use this steamer everyone I clean/detail a car. It is great at getting into the smaller cracks and crevices and on surfaces that I don't want to use chemicals on. It's great to use on the car door jams and gives a really professional finish and clean look. Out of the attachments, I have only used the white cloth (to steam clean the leather seats with good results) and the small brush attachment I use all the time, it's great. I highly recommend this steam cleaner especially to any car detailing enthusiasts. Or anyone with a young family that needs to clean and sanitise surfaces without the use of strong chemicals that could leave residue behind. My few small issues with this cleaner are: The steam hose is permanently connected the the steamer unit itself, it would be a lot easier to store if this was removable. The handle would be nice to have a hook on it, when your cleaning instead to have to lay the handle on the floor, you could hook it on a door or chair, it's not possible to just lay the handle on a table because the hose itself is very well constructed and heavier than the handle and always falls down. These two points are only small and would not prevent me from buying this product again however my biggest issue with this cleaner is that the electric cord is stored underneath the unit itself. It's quite difficult to unravel before use and after use you have to wait until the unit it completely cooled before trying to swirl the cord back in position before storing. The cord should be placed on the top or the side or it should have some spring mechanism same as many vacuum cleaners have that will pull the cord back into position. This would make me give this 4.5 stars instead of 5 but as it is a good cleaner and I cannot give .5 star ratings, benefit of doubt to give full 5 stars.

Effective and useful household cleaning - update in 2025
Purchased just before Christmas 2022. Use this to clean tiled floors (and occasionally wooden floors - but ensure they are sealed) in kitchen and bathroom, toilets. Quicker than a mop and bucket and certainly cleans really well. Very dirty floors may need a second go over but I sometimes use just the wand with a terry towel to mop off condensed water that is left on the floor (bound to be some) and the drying cloth is usually clean. It heats up quickly and seems to have enough water (1.2 litres) to cope with my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. Filling is easy (I use filtered water) and it's light to manouevre. Range of accesories are good though I find the attachment in the photo works for skirting boards and shower cabinets perfectly well. Downsides? The power cable is a faff to wind off and wind back on by hand as the spindle is on the underside of the cleaner. A UK plug protrudes so it doesn't sit properly at rest/when stored. Underneath cable storage is good for aesthetics but suboptimal for practicality. Why not attach to a side panel instead and even consider a self retract mechanism (like on many vacuum cleaners)? Second, replacement cleaning pads are expensive. Even 3rd party 'blue' pads are about £3 each and there's no discount for bulk purchase. They can be washed and reused of course, but they are thin and I can't assess durability yet. I need 4 for each complete house cycle anyway. Last, it's difficult to completely drain from a cube after use. Maybe a separate drain plub at the bottom of the water tank/device would help. Overall, I'd recommend but hope the next version will incorporate these improvements. * 2025 update * - I took the second photo in June 2025 on the way to the tip, two and a half years after purchasing the Neat steam cleaner. For the first 12-16 months this cleaner was good. After c12months I had to dismantle and clean the nozzle/handle (following the useful Dupray video to do so). At 2 years the flimsy plastic outer of the hose started to degrade and steam leaked form this and the handle - a definite safety hazard. Dupray customer support told me this part can't be replaced or repaired. They offered me a discount on a new cleaner. £159 or so every 2 years? I've gone back to mop and bucket. It may not be as quick but it's saved on some landfill.

Best Steamer I have owned!
I have had three different types of steamers and the Dupray definitely the best investment for cleaning my house. I use to have a MLMLANT handheld steamer that was okay but had a small tank so it had to be refilled alot. The MLMLANT steamer put some pressure on my wrists when I used it because it became a little heavy after holding for more than 10 minutes so it wasn't practical to use for long periods or to clean big areas such as carpets, flooring, large windows. The other steamer I had was H20 HD steam cleaner which was a lot better to use to clean windows, oven doors, carpets etc but I didn't like the lack of manoeuvring you get with the steamer because how it is designed. The water tank for H20 HD was surprisingly small. I was also put off from using the steamer because the filter has to be regularly replaced! In my own personal experience the Dupray is a lot superior than the other steamers. Here are several reasons why I prefer Dupray Neat steamer: 1. It's easier to use and manoeuvre around the house 2. The water tank is reasonably big 1.2 litres which gives about 40 minutes or more for cleaning 3. The steamer heats up quickly, 4. It is excellent for deep cleaning built up grime and dirt. 5. Can use white vinegar to filter the tank from build up so a lot more practical and cheaper then purchasing replacement filters. 6. Easy to clean windows without much time or effort. I've yet to use Dupray for the whole house but so far it has been good to use on my windows, oven, kitchen floor, bathroom taps. I'm hoping to deep clean rugs and carpets with the steamer soon.

Would not recommend.
Whilst the steamer is ok, it developed an electrical fault and kept tripping out our mains system after 6 months. It was replaced relatively promptly but the replacement unit is now doing the same after only a few months. We cannot get any answer from the manufacturer to any emails or voicemails. We would not recommend.

Highly Recommended - Original York Stone Floor - Amazing Cleaner
I have an old farmhouse and four large dogs so the floor, especially after a wet winter can get really dirty. After trying various methods to get the flags like new I bought this steam cleaner. It is really amazing and so easy to use. I thing the price is very reasonable for how good this product is. Before steaming I did mop the floor lightly with a diluted solution of Stone Floor Cleaner 5 minutes before steaming. When I steamed the floor it was light and easy to do. Quite a few old rags are needed to wipe the floor as you go but there are plenty of pads and cloths that come with it so not everyone may need these. My kitchen is large and so I expected to need more. The length of the cord means it doesn't have to be constantly unplugged - it reaches everywhere. The unit holds quite a lot of water so large areas can be done at once. The smaller tools can be used to get into corners, clean the mortar in-between the flags too. On some really dirty flags - the walkways through the house - it was necessary to spend more time cleaning these but I expected this. It is a brilliant thing to have for stone floors and even got some old paint off some flags. I sealed the floor once dry and then applied a wax finish My stone floors are like new and will definitely not need to be cleaned like that again for at least a year or two. If you don't have dogs then you may never need to do it more than once! Amazing tool for original York stone floors.

Brilliant device
It is the best steam cleaner i have ever purchased. So easy to use. Yes it is bigger than the hand held one. But I have found it much better. The hand held ones are no good if you struggle and have problems with your heads. But this steam cleaner is so easy as it has wheels and you do not have to hold it all the attachments that come with it are fanatasic. It cleaned my oven in no time. Cleaned all my bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms skirting boards doors well you name it my house is spotless. Love this cleaner

Poor durability for the price
It worked well initially, but I had to replace it every two years due to the same issue; the bottom starts leaking. For such an expensive steam cleaner, the durability is quite disappointing.
