Took a while but worth it
Edit: not sure why or how but before we went to toss this we wanted givr it one more try one more time,to our surprise it turned on we updated it and it works perfectly nomksgging or anything. If u could give less than 1 star I would. My son got this for his birthday an it lagged really bad to the point it was hard to use. I took to long to return but Amazon was still going to accept the return until I realized my son lost the mouse. Now the 3rd time ever we went to use it and it doesn't even power on.

I've been using it daily for a while now and it works perfectly. It has a nice design and the pink accessories work well.

Doesn't last long
It just stopped working for no reason. It told me that I need to go to the Factory Data Reset. But I wasn't allowed to do it. The tablet wouldn't let me. A waste of money.

Ok for the price
Bought two, I returned one because the charging port didn't work. I had no issues with the refund. The one I did keep works fine, except for the camera. It's very wonky and wide view.

Keeps freezing and turning the screen black
I bought this tablet because my cat broke my old one. I am a digital artist that uses these kinds of tablets to draw. And since the screen of this one was bigger yet in my budget I bought is seeing as how it had plenty of good reviews. I started out not having many issues with this tablet just a few lags here and there until I spent a day drawing alot. I got about 9 hours into drawing when suddenly the entire tablet freezes and turned the screen black, ruining my progress on a design I needed for a game. This made me mad as I then had to turn off and back on the tablet and it deleted all my progress. Now today before I went into work I went to download a time laps video of my work and when I got home it did not save so i go to try it again and again the tablet lags out, turns off the screen and now I have to retry to download the video. My old tablet had no issues with any of this and has less storage and this tablet and a smaller screen. This is personally a waste of money yet I am stuck with this until I can buy a new tablet once again. I will atleast give it two stars since the charge is fine and atleast the screen turns on.....
