Nice, easy-drinking vermouth which is perfect for a negroni
You can't make a negroni without some form of vermouth, and this one does the job very nicely indeed. Equal measures of gin, vermouth and campari with an orange slice over a nice big ice-cube... Hey presto! You're in apéritif heaven.I far prefer this vermouth in my negroni to those with a punchier taste e.g. Punt e Mes.

One of the most under-rated drinks in the world
Grab a bit of lemonade, slice of lemon (or lime) and a couple of cubes of ice, mix in a healthy portion of the Martini Rosso and you're in for a treat.
