I read a lot of reviews before chosing a device for measuring the blood glucose and ketone and this tool is the best. Precise results, very easy to use. Just put the lancet in the pen and set to 3 or 5 if cold hands. You will quickly find your better spot for the puncture. For me it is in the middle of top part of my index. Turn the mojo on, after set up (I just kept an easy set up with every details off, you can change it later if you like), press and hold 3 sec so the strip icon signal gki. Insert the strip glucose first, the flame on top of the strip icon will signal that it is ready to take the blood, puncture (you just need a small drop of blood, if your hand are cold activate circulation by massaging) and put your finger with the drop of blood, gently on the top of the strip. The strip will suck up the blood and the mojo will beep when has taken enough. Meanwhile you can massage your finger and get another drop ready for the ketone test. When the reading comes you can eject the strip with the white button at the back of the mojo, and insert the ketone strip. You have 3 minutes to do this. If by chance the mojo switches off, do not worry the reading is recorded. Download the app, synchronise and you will see it. Excellent device!

Brilliant easy to use bery happy using to monior gki app is good too links to my phone seemlessly very happy. Set prick thing to 5 just to get enought blood and use alternate fingers and on side is a less sensitive area make sure your hands are warm to increase blood 🩸 flow

I'm doing keto and this has really helped me see how quickly I get back into ketosis, how different foods and even exercise affect my blood sugar. It's also helped keep me focused...the app has some great articles. I don't do it everyday unless I'm tracking how long it takes me to get back into ketosis. I use this in conjuction with ai to track patterns with my food and other activities...would highly recommend if you want to understand your body better.

Don’t waste your money. The test strips are only available through Amazon as a combo pack. They are cheaper from the manufacturer but they won’t ship direct to the UK. I found the test strips unreliable often needing more than one to get a reading which makes the expensive.

Good reliable item that hasn't faltered once yet. It's nice to get some idea of how things are going, whether you are seeing how your ketones are doing, what food is spiking your blood sugar, or how your diet or intermittent fast etc is affecting you. Over time, this device can help you learn about your body. The device is reliable and easy to use. The strips that go with with it are a bit expensive upfront but as you get into things you strat to instictively feel without having to measure everything, so you use less of them.

This is a great way to check how your glucose and ketone levels are doing. Shame the extra strips are quite expensive, but worth it to keep you on track on your keto journey.

Was looking for something that is easy to use and not to expensive as will only check levels infrequently. This has worked well for me and veey easy user guides/videos to follow.
