Excellent controller at a very good price
Excellent controller that competes with the more expensive options. The mouse click mode for the triggers is great for shooters and it’s so easy to switch between linear and click mode. Click buttons are also very nice and responsive. Software was easy enough to operate. Calibrated before first use as the instructions called for. Process was simple. Remapping the paddles took a few rereads of the instruction but it’s a breeze once you figure it out. Feels solid in the hand and not like cheap hollow controllers. Fits in the hand very similar to an Xbox controller. I have a medium size hand when wearing gloves and it’s very comfortable to hold and reach all buttons. Haven’t used it long enough to experience stick drift maybe, but it has had at least probably 50 hours of playtime on everything from fps to rocket league and more. Charging dock is super convenient and was a great addition.

Best controller I've ever had!
The GameSir Cyclone 2 Wireless Controller is easily the best controller I have ever owned. The buttons are super responsive and have that satisfying clicky feel, almost like a mouse click, which makes gaming feel precise and smooth. It connects to everything very easily and sets up in seconds without any hassle. The overall build quality feels premium and comfortable for long sessions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their setup.

Peak design and functionality - Amazing controller
If you are a fan of Xbox controllers, the GameSir Cyclone 2 is perfection. I bought this to use with the Wingman FGC2 for the PS5 because the DualSense controller is the absolute worst peripheral ever created in human history. At any rate, it works great with the FGC2 adapter, no lag at all wireless, and is buttery smooth. Please search the subreddit r/Controller for a step by step guide I wrote on how to get this controller working with the FGC2 adapter. It’s tricky unless you do a couple of very specific things. I love how the controller buttons all feel like mouse clicks, because they use very similar switches for all buttons. Having the ability to switch the triggers from analog to digital input was awesome, although I wish it had a bit more travel before it clicked, sorta like the Nintendo Switch Pro controller, but it’s still awesome for games where you need lightning fast reaction time on triggers. The battery life is awesome, and the people who are complaining about bad battery life are probably using it with brightness maxed out on RGB lightning and have vibration maxed out as well. I have ran to failure 3 times since I got it, with both vibrate and LEDs off, and get about 11 hours give or take 35 minutes. The base being a pass-through for the wireless dongle is nice if you use it for PC, it will be an all-in-one dock and take up only 1 USB port. This controller is perfect in every way, I don’t think there is anything else you could possibly want/need. Go ahead and order you one, you will be so very pleased with your purchase. Oh, and I didn’t get paid or anything for this review, I am just really frustrated with crappy controllers from Microsoft and Sony, and am so glad that GameSir is stepping up with outstanding quality and products. Last thing I will say is that the joysticks are so much softer and easier to make precise adjustments, especially compared to the 8bitDo controllers which have an insanely stiff joystick, in my opinion. Thanks for reading, hope this helps someone!

Good but with some strange design choices
So, I just got this controller, but have had some interesting experiences already. I felt this was worth a quick review for people to be in the know. Some standard details first: the controller is quite light, which usually implies it's cheaply-made. So far, this does not appear to be the case. The buttons and sticks all seem to be of at least passable quality. It feels good in the hand. It does have vibration, though it feels like a subtle vibration. Compared to some controllers, it's very light; but it also doesn't rattle the controller. That's a positive to me. There are two buttons on the back, and you don't need software to program them. That's a HUGE plus. There's also a turbo mode, though I haven't messed with it yet. Now to the weirdness: the connections. This controller has the standard wired connection and 4 wireless settings. The wireless option are: Windows (DS4), Windows with dongle (XInput), Switch (NS), and Android. Mac users apparently should use the DS4 option, as well. Without plugging in additional devices, the DS4 option would be the go-to. BUT the actual PC standard is XInput... so support of DS4 can get rather strange. Using DS4 on Steam is generally OK, because it maps the button well; the downside would be that some games actually support Playstation controllers, so you'll get a Playstation button legend instead of what's prints on the controller. Other games/services may not support DS4, so you'd need a wrapper program. These are easy enough to find online, but that isn't really an entry-level task for people. So, in the end, maybe the dongle's the better option? It's unfortunate that an extra device is needed in 2026 to use a controller. In the end, though, this is a pretty good controller. It just has some weirdness in its input types - the rest is quite solid.

Best PC Controller
One of the best controllers I’ve played with so far. All of the buttons feel great and I love that the triggers have a switch. Performs wonderfully with all the games I’ve tried so far and I love all of the different options/settings you can choose from. The battery life is also great, definitely lasts awhile. 100% would recommend this to anyone!

Great Build, Great for multiple platform, Premium Feel.
I Absolutely love this controller. I have read every comment on this page and have watched over a dozen videos of people reviewing this product. first I would like to say that everyone's opinion is always ok to have, but seeing all the bad reviews (or even some mixed ones) only show that the issue people have is their own preferences or even that they picked up a defective Controller which could be due to bad luck and does suck. I will have to say that there is a BIG reason that 90% of the population that purchases this controller has great to excellent reviews or comments about this controller. without putting too much of my own opinion on how this Controller performs, I would have to say that it is simply a great all around controller for pretty much any platform especially if you tend to jump around different playing plat forms, the feel is up to you to decide if you like it or not (does it have textured grips? yes, does it fit comfortably in your hand? if you're used to an Xbox controller and love the feel then you will be golden, what about weight? it feels a little heavier than an Xbox controller but I would say that it just feels very premium not as if you purchased a brick. The overall quality is superb. for the function, it easily switches from one platform to another ( and yes I tested it going from my switch-> to my PC Bluetooth-> to my Dongle, which was either plugged in my Xbox or pc) all without even turning off the controller! the dock is a beast of its own, not only does it turn off the Controller when docking, but it will also turn on when taking it off the Dock and seamlessly start to pair to the last device connected (and yes it does allow you to switch your platform before connecting so you don’t have to worry about selecting the one you don’t want to turn on, and the led ring around the "Xbox like Button" will let you know which device you are connected to by color). to make this long review short, if you like to have a wide range controller for different platforms this one you will love! everything else is of your opinion and the only way to find out if you really enjoy it is to pick one up for yourself and give it a shot. but as for what the controller Promises it does Deliver.

Best I've used by far
This is the best controller I've ever used and I would argue the best on the market, especially at this price point. It is very easy to set up, plug and play using the USB dongle, and for Bluetooth just follow the steps to pair and connect. The build quality and materials are very nice. Battery life is also stellar, I have yet to drain it while playing multiple hour sessions. My favorite feature is the switch on the triggers which allows you to make the trigger more like a mechanical button. A great feature for FPS players. It is definitely an upgrade over a stock Xbox or Playstation controller. Also, for Playstation users that prefer the Xbox layout, this is the best option. I use it mostly for Halo on PC with which I noticed an immediate improvement in my aiming ability and control with the TMR sticks, especially with the sniper rifle. I also use it for mobile games like Destiny Rising and COD mobile. A note about COD mobile on Android: To get it to connect and work with COD mobile you need to pair the controller using the Playstation controller mode (DS4 mode). This is done by holding the 'home' and 'B' buttons simultaneously until the home light flashes blue. Then pair it with your device. The standard Bluetooth pairing mode for Android listed in the instructions works for Destiny, but not for COD so just follow the DS4 (Dual Shock 4) pairing operation. In summary this controller rocks and was worth every penny!

Great for modern games
This is an amazing controller for anything that’s 3D centric or doesn’t require a good D-pad. The TMR joysticks feel great, all the buttons are comfortable to press and the triggers easily switch between analog and digital. Software is easy to use and lets you customize pretty much everything in the controller. For anything modern, just buy it. If you need a d-pad that’s closer to decent than serviceable then I’d advise you to either get a different controller or buy a second one strictly for games that are d-pad focused. It’s just not a good one. However, it’s really, REALLY good. Loved it so much I bought a second one for my wife. Easily worth the asking price.
