Will the Contour next 7278 Test strips work with Contour next one?

They do! If you have older meters, though, they won't, and it's a pain. You have to replace the meter. But you can ask Contour manufacturer for a replacement meter and see what you get. This is a great value pack, by the way.

Are these compatible with the Contour (not Next)?
