much too small for an adult mouth, only reach the tops of the teeth
child size, NOT for adult size mouth, "brush" action fails to reach the margins (margins are the area between tooth and gum) which is where plaque forms.. basically you want to brush the bacteria from the surface of the tooth and gums (and tongue, under tongue and roof of mouth if you are smart) which this will not reach.. need to find a size large to properly clean teeth.. be true to your teeth or they will be false to you and this tiny U shape implement will not do it for any but a 5 year old

Replacement Head for U-Shaped sonic toothbrush
Good! Second time I’ve bought replacement heads. The original head was the best. This is a good second choice as I haven’t been able to find the exact replacement head. The replacement head I bought previously wasn’t as good.

Love this teeth cleaner. Easy to use, vibration level is great, battery life is good, you need to charge it may be once a week. confortable and fits me well.

Not adult sized
Perfect for a small adult mouth. Not perfect for a large adult mouth.

Fits any brand u-shaped brush head.
The Magentak is compatible with many other brands, I just purchased and a new Brush Head and these extra brushes but I didn't need it them they fit my old one. I live close to both retailers that carry these but the price from Amazon is close to half what they wanted.

Don't recommend
Don't fit my mouth, as I'm old and have some gum recession. Also I have wisdom teeth. Moving it, I just can't get to food particles.
