Printed tool for measuring calories
This is an useful tool for people that want to track their daily calories and macros. As a nutrition coach, I met people that were not willing to use an app and having a template they can use in print it a good trade off. I like that the book presents a data base with the most popular foods by category. It laos offers some practical information on how to reduce total daily calories intake without counting - though this book is for the one that count. I think it would have been useful to have also some information on how to track macros - which is always a frequent question for the people that monitor daily their intake.

This is an excellent collection of information for the weight loss journey or general health improvement and awareness.It begins with space for personal information, health goals & tips.Then there are over 100 pages of daily entries including water intake, energy, mood, activity, and meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack entries track food, calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein with daily totals for each.There's also a calorie list for more than 500 different foods.I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight or improve their general health!

Small spaces for recording
I ordered two different Calorie Log Books to compare them. I don't like this particular one because the writing space is cramped. It is functional but not the best.
