Connects via Bluetooth to Cochlear Implants
Purchased for my daughter who is studying veterinary medicine. Connects seamlessly to her cochlear implants and enables her to hear the same as other students who don’t have a hearing loss. Bought in the standard colour which was the only one available which is lovely but would have loved an opportunity to be able to purchase the blue one but that is purely personal choice and cosmetic! Would be lovely to be able to purchase some of the accessories as would have loved the case to keep it safe. Great visual display. Love love love it!

Amplification great, easier to use than Littmann Core
Pros: Amplification works well Easy to switch modes on the head rather than in the app on the original Core. Interesting potential with the AI functions - but they will be subscription based. Headphone drivers at the ear end - sound is better as not being conducted down plastic tube. Cons: It is a little bit larger due to the ECG electrodes Tubing is a bit plastic-y - but it is just a headphone cable in reality. Can’t Bluetooth pair without the app running.

My EKO
Bought the EKO on a trip to Sacremento It’s amazing I am hard of hearing and sent back a digital littmans But this sound is clear and loud (adjustable) I love it When you watch the ECG record the audio plays same time

too expensive for what it does
its too expensive for what it does. it nice that it shows the heart rate well on screen - but I can simply use a pulse oximeter. Furthermore, its disappointing that its unable to detect this well for young children frustratingly and probably the worst thing of all, is the a-fib detector requires a subscription, the one feature that would've been good.. otherwise what's the point in the ECG reader? the sounds change from heart to lungs is a nice feature.. but.. I don't find it makes much of a difference. I've found myself going back to my litmann as its just easier, smaller and doesn't require charging

No much difference between analogue and digital
The sound quality needs improvement.t.
