It is a very good book for understanding the urban land use planning and the principles by which land use processes are determined

its definitely an older edition and I got the 5th edition which has a much better quality and is more appealing to read at least to me.however the reason why i go with 2-3 stars is that I returned the item after a few weeks, i had to pay for the return shipping no matter but i only got the time to check whether i had been refunded after the end of the semester, i was not refunded, they once said you have returned another book, and once said you havent returned any thing but we could refund you for half of the price..
