i feel changes in my patience and tolerance but the problem is i feel the imbalance because all the other people are very stresed and having found bliss not wanting to lose it i tend to avoid some of my friends

This displays horribly on Ultra HD screens like my Lenovo 2 Pro which has 3200x1800 res. To be legible you have to alter text size to minimum then reset to 1920x1080 so all the other programs look about 12 years old. Apparently they have no plans to alter the software to match the new screen standards. The system itself is OK but the screen thing has such a bad impact on using the computer I can't give it more than a 3.

My husband and I have been using the Emwave Pro for almost a year now. Previously we tried things like meditation CDs. I find the Emwave is more enjoyable to do. It is motivating when you can see your coherence getting better. I do it 3 times per day for 5 minutes each. I find that to get results it need to be 2-3 times per day. My favorite feature is the breath pacer which is surprisingly effective. I also like that you can see what your coherence is. My husband likes to do the games and has set up a slide show with his own pictures as one of the things he likes to use. We can tell that using this has helped us to be more relaxed and sleep better. Even though it is kind of expensive it has been worth it for us. We first learned of the benefits of coherence from reading the book The Heartmath Solution.

I found the heart math monitor a good way to focus each day by making the time to concentrate on the process.
