Lense cleaning
Keeping your lense clean is most important. Scanning at distance no problem as long as the barcodes aren't smudged. Any little smudge may have you to lift up and down for the barcode to register. Make sure your printer heads is clean so your Bar codes aren't smudged and you can scan correctly with this product.
