I ordered two of the LifePro Red Light Therapy Knee Braces. I wanted to use both of them at the same time. I charged them up, did a 30-minute session(I have many other LifePro products, so I knew my skin could tolerate it), and my knees feel so much better! Next place I am trying it on will be my shoulders!

1st, it appears the reviews are a mix of the corded and un-corded rechargeable braces. I can only speak to the rechargeable model. The brace I received does not have a "massage" function at all, as far as I can tell. The photos would indicate a mw/cm2 output that is much higher than my tests (cheap spectrometer) indicate, so your mileage may vary. The operating instructions are vague, so this is what you need to know. You may need to use the unlock button on the end to wake-up the controller. The left button sets the fluency (P1-P3). The top button is the amount of time. The right button sets what combination of IR and NIR you want. After you set those parameters you'll be in continuous wave (CW), and the bottom button can then be pressed once again to engage pulse mode. When treating in CW you will perceive more heat being generated in the tissue by the NIR than in pulse, but the 10Hz pulse is reportedly better for treating inflammation. All in all, I didn't feel I received what was advertised, therefore I don't think I would buy it again -- I have other RL devices that generally serve my needs better. But I did keep it for when I need to go cordless. (I guess I have money to burn.)

I bought the infrared knee brace to use on my shoulders. It is easy to use. I do need help wrapping it around my shoulders, but it does seem to be helping with my shoulders pain and function. Would definitely buy it again.

Awesome product, contours exactly to my knee and elbow where I need targeted therapy to promote longevity and healing as I battle aging trying to stay youthful and young. The wireless ability is what makes it so valuable in my busy life so I can stay mobile and multi task while doing my therapy. There is truly no excuse to not doing proper recovery when you have wireless ability.
