I use this product, have done so for over a year. Works well for me . For anyone taking these I would say for you to get the best from them so take on an empty stomach.Dont eat foods prior, alcohol no.Let it gets in your system The other day I took one and could sense the activity in my system.I took it with sparkly water,not everyones fav but hey.Ten mins and it was detected.
