Did a lot of research and finally landed on an all around multi with quality ingredients. If you have a good/proper diet, make sure to look at the amount of vitamins provided. An example would be, most people are low on Vitamin B so these vitamins have an extra % of B Vitamins. This could possibly be too high for some people so pay attention. I personally take these 4 Days a week, out of 7, being as my diet is decently balanced. You can take them daily but be aware of the effects of too much of each type of vitamin. Love that they know what they were doing making this product with methylated b vitamins and not the unnatural crap like folic acid. Good balance of essential vitamins and minerals the male body needs. 2 pill spread out dose to enhance absorption👍

Only reason I gave it four stars is because it was supposed to be Methylated!!!This is the reason why I bought this from this company.They promote it with it right on the label, but I see nothing about it on the labels that I get so this will be the last one I get

I've been taking them for a couple of months now, and they seem to be better than the Centrum for men multivitamins I was taking before.

Husband takes it and said he feels better with more energy. He will take it with food to keep it from making him feel queasy.

These are great. Many reviews here claim a bait and switch, claiming they received non-methylated versions. But if you look at their review pictures you see all the ingredients are methylated. A simple Google search will show you Methylfolate is synonymous to methyltetrahydrofolate. Its cheap and has quality ingredients and I feel great.
