I just bought this for my husband for Father's day, since we have a sofa that has 2 recliners on each end, but hubby gave up his end to our dog (what a guy!). Hubby wanted to put his feet up when we all watch tv on the sofa, and he sits in the middle seat so he was a bit uncomfortable because even at his height he couldn't put his feet flat on the floor if he sits all the way back. The only assembly required was putting the legs on, and the legs are made of wood, very sturdy, and super easy to attach. We were both pleased with the size of this ottoman, I honestly thought it would be smaller but it's a nice size. We also love that we can put 2 medium sized fleece blankets inside the storage compartment. It's an excellent and comfortable footrest and you will not be disappointed.

We needed this for our puppy who cannot jump high enough to get on any of our furniture. He doesn't shed, so why not help him. The height of it after we installed the legs was perfect for his size and jumping abilities. It went together in minutes and appears to be quite sturdy. It also has extra storage inside the ottoman for toys and things. Using it as a foot rest for me also comes in handy while sitting, relaxing in the bedroom. The fabric seems to be decent quality and gives him plenty of traction while going up and down. He even likes its size to just get on and take a nap. It seems to be well made for strength and durability being it has inside storage. I suspect this will last us as long as possible, and as long as our pets stay with us.

This is a small ottoman for resting feet while reclinign in a chair. It is made of imitation leather but looks great and you would really have to study it to determine it wasn't leather. It assembled in a few minutes in a completely obvious way, basically just bolting the legs on. Its sturdy and you could definitely sit on it without any fear. A nice additional feature -- it has a small amount of storage space inside it. It costs about $60 which is very reasonable for an item of this quality of design, contruction and function delivered to my door. I can't imagine how it could be any less. Be aware of its diminuative size. But for 1 person's feet or 1 person sitting on it, its perfect.

My wife likes this just fine. It's very well built, and there is very nice hinges that hold the kid open. And it holds a good amount of her stuff.

I got two of these to replace some cloth storage cubes, and have no regrets. They look upscale, are a good height for couch foot ottoman, and they were easy to set up. Just put the legs on and the scratch resistant pads included. I recommend and would definitely buy again.

Let’s be honest - if you’re shopping for furniture on Amazon…you’re on a tight budget. Moreover, quality is not your top priority. As such my expectations for this little storage ottoman were low…not expecting RH sort of robustness for this kind of dough. But…wow I gotta say this is way better than I expected. Now, let’s not get carried away here. This is not a high quality piece of furniture. It’s just much better than I expected for the price and on this site. The vinyl is fine, the stitching and seams are all together, the buttons have stayed on so far. The legs were easy to attach. The inside is a black cheesecloth type material and is neatly made. The hinges and strut (or whatever you call the thing that holds it open) are the real surprise though. I expected these to be complete garbage, but they are smooth and sturdy, not “janky” at all. The lid stays up when you want it up, without worry or it slamming shut on your fingers. That’s a plus. The top cushion is alright. Comfortable enough to sit on for a while, but not life changing. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Great little foot stool/ ottoman. Form and function with the storage underneath and fabric seems to be sturdy. Nice piping detail as well. Would recommend
