A very solid controller, no issues with it yet.

This is a amazing controller in it's own right, the analogue sticks feel really smooth, however the D-pad and front face buttons let it down somewhat personally, (also the placement of the rear buttons are not the best, but I disabled them so wasn't and issue.) For most people I don't think they'll have an issue with it, but personally found the face buttons to be mushy and the force required to press them a tad bit higher than I like, which after half an hour of play cause my fingers to cramp up. Other wise this controller is very close to being perfect, a Xbox style controller with one of the smoothest analogues sticks around, and being TMR no stick drift.

I’m extremely disappointed with both this product and the lack of proper support. I purchased the Cyclone 2 controller, and initially it worked perfectly. However, after not using it for a couple of weeks, it suddenly refused to connect to my PC or the dongle at all. I contacted GameSir support and, to their credit, they responded within 24 hours with a list of troubleshooting steps. I spent several hours trying everything suggested, but nothing resolved the issue—specifically, the controller will not connect in Xinput/Xbox mode. I then followed up with another email, including additional photos and videos clearly showing the problem. That was over a week ago. I have since sent a further follow-up and have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I’ve effectively been left with a £40 piece of plastic that doesn’t work, and a support team that has simply stopped responding once the issue couldn’t be easily fixed. I am now having to go through Amazon to try and resolve this, which says everything about the level of aftercare being provided here. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

Pretty good lighting is nice and works on a multiple devices. Will have to see how long it lasts without breaking.

Amazing for the price point. I came from an Xbox Elite 2 controller and this is head and shoulders above that. Ergonomics are great, don't feel cramp in my hands after hours of gaming. Hall effect triggers and joysticks are great and will last the test of time. A really good, study product.

J'étais assez sceptique au début en voyant cette manette sur internet. J'ai sauté le pas et franchement, je ne regrette pas du tout. Tout est fonctionnel. Les gâchettes sont ultra-réactives, les joysticks ultra-précis. L'application qui permet de paramétrer la manette est plus que complète. J'ai fait plusieurs tests de polling rate et on est soit à quasiment 1000 Hz, soit un peu au-dessus ; avec ces différents tests, j'oscille entre 0,8 et 1,2 ms de temps de réponse, c'est incroyablement réactif. Les boutons arrière (palettes communément appelées) tombent parfaitement sous les doigts, le positionnement est ultra-ergonomique. La texture de la manette est vraiment bien agrippante. Étant joueur de FPS sur PC, cette manette a réellement changé ma manière de jouer et je prends plus de plaisir à jouer avec les technologies embarquées. Niveau prix, c'est quasiment donné. On est sur une manette qui rivalise directement avec les manettes pro comme Scuf (manettes qui, au passage, n'ont pas de joystick magnétique et qui tombent souvent en panne d'après ce que j'ai vu). Donc, je recommande fortement cette manette. Même si elle tient 1 an, je ne serais pas déçu, j'en rachèterais une nouvelle sans problème. Il s'agit de mon avis personnel. Avant d'acheter cette manette, je me suis renseigné énormément, notamment avec des vidéos de YouTubeurs tech qui connaissent vraiment le domaine. Je vous invite à faire pareil avant de penser à acheter quoi que ce soit.

I’ve been using the GameSir Cyclone 2 controller for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great experience overall.
