This is the higher hydrogen peroxide version of the Optic Pro line of Colgate toothpastes. It only lacks a bit of abrasive scrubbing power to go along with the high peroxide percentage. I'd rather do one-step, but I opt for using this with some baking soda to get the best possible results. Maybe Colgate reads some of these review (probably not) and will add a kick of something that polishes more with this higher peroxide (5%) toothpaste for an even better solution. As a cigar smoker I only use this toothpaste due to the power of the hydrogen peroxide.
