Works very well for me
I've been taking these for a few days and have noticed a marked improvement in my mood and energy level. They have also helped me stay asleep longer - I now only wake once during the night as opposed to every couple of hours. I've been taking them at lunchtime with my other supplements but I'll be switching to dinnertime because I noticed I get sleepy in the late afternoon (2-4 hours later). I think my increased energy level might have something to do with better sleep patterns. Because everyone is different, you'll have to try these to see if they work for you but I'm pleased with their effects and will continue to take them.

Does help me sleep
I've gotten to where I take one about 7ish pm and the other about 10:30 pm and it does help me sleep. I also add a tart cherry to both servings and a timed release melatonin. Sound sleep, boy who would have thought it could be so hard to come by in my old age...

Helps my whole family
I love this product for my whole family. It helps with so many things. My son has high anxiety my daughter is tired all the time and I need it for stress. I had run out and wasn't taking it for a couple weeks and really noticed that it helped once we began taking it again especially for my son who has hand tremors as well anxiety. This product helped a lot with my anxiety and stress! It was very noticeable the same day I took it. Experienced a sense of calmness and tranquility I hadn’t experienced in a very long time. I am amazed on how well this works I further researched the benefits of Ashwagandha and it is a very interesting subject in the medical field. Definitely would encourage to try it out since it’s not that expensive for the money and benefits.

Emotional well-being
Love this product! I take it before bedtime and it helps me to get a good night sleep. I also take it for emotional well being. As a grieving mother I needed something that will help me to find balance with my emotions and ups and downs. I do believe this it is helping me . I feel more focused and balanced .Especially when I’m at work and need to perform my job
