Stopped working after the first use, it's not connecting to the app and keeps telling me it's measuring but it's not measuring anything

Love this scale. I’m not super sure what all the readings are that it gives me but there are plenty (I am learning!) Accurate readings for weight - and using their app was simple. It pairs with the WW App nicely.
