Exactly what you'd expect from a c4 but better because if.you're not looking for the full 200mg you can ration and save. These are very useful if you work graveyard. Flavor great. Mixes well with cold water.

I love the convenience of the packets and the variety. It takes the guess work out of scoops, where I generally would over-scoop (because I wanted to). They are so easy to use, as soon as I wake up, I fill my water bottle and open a pack and am off to the gym about 30 minutes later. They give me good energy without any jitters. It's also nice to bring on vacation when coffee may not be easily available, it's a quick way to get a nice caffeine jolt on the go!

They taste like a regular can of C4 just without the fizz, for the most part. My main problem, which apparently isn't just pertinent to me, is that the sticks came to me completely solidified. I thought this might be the Florida sun baking it in the mailbox, but it appears many others have experienced this. I basically had to cut the packet with a pair of scissors and drop it in the water. Took some extra shaking to get it dissolved, so I'll chalk it up to an extra workout. It ever comes non-clumped I'd bump this from a 4 to a 5 star rating.

Works great! Super convenient way to carry caffeine with flavor and beta-alanine and use it when you need (long runs, bike commutes, packing light for a long shift). The orange flavor is very hard packed and so it’s a little harder to get out of the packet, and takes a little extra shake, but flavor is still fine. Just bought my second set, it’s a deal compared to the cans.

My adult kids love this preworkout product and I thought the single serve packets would be convenient. However the orange pack are hard and do NOT mix in water whatever you do and however much you stir. Unable to return or exchange. Buyer beware. Perhaps try purchasing at a store it can be returned or go with a more reliable brand. Total waste and it makes me concerned for their product consistency and quality control/safety.

One of the three flavors always seems to be hard. It’s not a good powder consistency and makes it difficult to dissolve in your water or whatever you’re putting it in.

I've never tried the canned C4 before, and I've been looking for some energy drinks that aren't canned, due to tariffs. I have always had a habit of using one water flavoring packet to 32 oz (about a liter) of water. This The C4 is pretty good with this ratio. It's less syrupy...or super sweet the way they all tend to be when mixed with 17 oz (a bit over half a liter.) I, personally, don't really have reaction to caffeine, at least it doesn't keep me up at night (I'm sure it still affects my blood pressure.) One thing I've noticed, since I tend to sip throughout the day rather than down the drink all at once, is I do have to shake/mix it up before I take a sip if it's been a while (I don't think the caffeine fully dissolves in the water.) All three flavors are delicious. Personally, these are a great substitute for buying canned energy drinks...for the foreseeable future.
