Review edited on July 28/25 - we have had this for under a year and the metal that bends to create a shape to hold your door has broke at the bottom, close to where the magnet is. This makes it harder to create a shape that stays and doesn’t work as well as it did before. We are still able to make it function for us but just isn’t as sturdy as when we got it. I feel like it should last longer since it hasn’t even been a year. Maybe it’s just a defect and doesn’t happen to everyone though. I’d still give it 4 stars. Good quality, no issues

Strong magnet and flexible, but stable, arm. You can attach the magnet anywhere making it easy and versatile to use. I have a dryer that wants to swing closed when I try to change my clothes from washing machine to dryer. This little tool does the trick to hold it open and make my life easier. I just wish I bought it sooner to save myself all those banged up elbows and wrists.
